A 23 FFE was conducted to study the influence of temperature (A), pressure (B) and cycle time (C) on the occurrence of splay in an injection moulding process. For each of the eight unique trials, 50 parts were made and the response of interest to the experimenter was the number of incidences of the occurrence of splay on the surface of the part across all 50 parts. The following table shows the experimental layout with the data.
