please solve this case, and provide the correct answer and long enough
STEPHANIE CASE 4B After Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in music she spent eight months working in a CD and DVD store as a cashier and clerk. She eventually came to the realization that this path would never lead to a career as a performer and that no one was ever going to call her up to offer her a gig or ask her to join a band. She took matters into her own hands and assembled a band all made up of music graduates who were working full-time in other fields during the day. At night, they were practising their brains out in Stephanie's father's basement. The band was finally taking shape, having nailed down a reasonably wide repertoire of popular songs. Stephanie was the leader, business manager and keyboard player. Two other members, both guitar players and vocalists had written several original songs that suited the group and the drummer doubled as sound-person and electronic technician. There was also a bass player who only played bass and only when she managed to make it to practise. The bass player was the weak link and Stephanie was seriously considering replacing her. So far, the band had recorded four demo songs and a demo video (all financed by Stephanie's father with the vague promise of being repaid). On the strength of the demos, an established talent agent had verbally agreed to represent the band for a 15% commission on all their income. Stephanie was to meet with him next week to finalize the deal. a While the band members are excited, there are already some arguments breaking out over issues like the name of the band and who gets to sing which songs. Stephanie decided that before things went any further, she wanted the band to be set up and run as a proper business, with band members paying their taxes, having benefits to protect them and being responsible for showing up to practices and gigs on time. 1.
