Given the water depth h is 2ft in the canal, calculate the total flow rate of the irrigation
system using the Chzy equation and Manning's formula.
The height of the swales are H=1m. Suppose that the flow rate in the channel
is increased by 50% due to a recent storm, are the swales deep enough such that the
water does not spill over the top?
