Please solve this
Part 1: Email + Procedure
As the Senior Tech Specialist at Squamish Mountain Cycles, you are always looking for new ways to help employees learn vital job skills. Squamish Mountain Cycles has several retail locations across Alberta and BC and over 200 employees in total where each location is responsible for assembling their inventory.
While you were watching a technician struggle through a complex bike assembly manual (at the Squamish location), you get a great idea. You want to write a concise six-step assembly procedure to simplify the process for employees who work within all locations. This is an assembly procedure manual for employees, not for customers.
Your Task: Write a well-structured and professional, tone-appropriate email to all employees that follows the best practices of the writing process (refer lecture from Week 2/Chapter 7). The email will include a full introduction and purpose statement as not everyone has met you, a main body which communicates the reasons for the procedure, an integrated 6-step procedure in technical style within the main body, and a full close. Because you are making a request you need to provide reasons and benefits to your audience as well as the how tos. You want to inspire them to follow a new concise six-step procedure for bike assembly by providing the information they need to be sold on the idea be positive! There are specific elements to include with a procedure and a request; be sure to apply them all in your email (Chapter 7).
Your email will likely have two paragraphs for the introduction and reasons/benefits, an integrated 6- step procedure, and a closing paragraph. Make up any specific details you feel should be added to the introduction and closing sections of the email. There is a diagram of a mountain bike on the next page for your reference. It doesnt matter what the six steps are and you dont need to know a mountain bike. Im more interested in HOW you communicate the information based on the requirements communicated in the lecture, the course readings, and in the above specifications.

Part 2: Instructions Assignment Choose a topic from the list or choose one from a personal hobby or area of interest and create a technical set of instructions that follow the textbook standard. YOU MAY NOT USE THE SAME TOPIC AS THE PRACTICE INSTRUCTIONS LAST WEEK (WILL RESULT IN 0)
