How can I make a 5 years plan, I'm a student.

I would like to use a SWOT analysis in developing your strategic plan. If you haven't already,I would ask you to set a career goal for yourself. i.e. within 5 years, I want to be in a management position within a large healthcare company.Then prepare a SWOT analysis identifying your Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats in achieving your goal.

More than likely your ultimate aspirations will take more than 5 years to achieve. However,from your SWOT list, I then want you to prepare a5-year strategic planfor moving toward and/or achieving your goal.

Please show what your strategic plan will be for each yeari.e. "In year one I plan to complete my MBA", "In year two I plan to land a job with a major healthcare company" etc.Along with each strategy please include tactics you will use each year to achieve the strategy i.e. "I plan to complete my MBA by doubling up the number of courses I will take in year one", "In year two I plan to land a job with a healthcare major company by submitting my resume to x number of companies".
