Case-2: Read the following case and answer the questions. Rashed Ahmed Kahn is an Executive Director (ED) of HR Dept. of a renowned national apparel company (Aparajita Textile Mills Ltd). There are about 2000 employees working in the factory in different levels. During the COVID period, since the company could not able to generate handsome amount of revenue properly, his CEO informed him to prepare a plan for down-sizing the employees. It is added that Mr. Rashed has taken guides line that at least 15% of the employee will be terminated immediately. Moreover, he is assigned to execute this unexpected and unfriendly decision. The CEO told him to find out the way or criteria of doing thing properly. Mr. Khan is very disappointed to get this instruction from the CEO. Since, he was born in a very hard up family (now he is very solvent because of his extra-ordinary capabilities), he is much socked. Mr. Rashed is thinking how he will settle this issue with his CEO.
