Minimum Requirements

Registered with the pharmacy Council as Pharmacist Assistant.

Previous experience would be an advantage.

Previous pharmaceutical knowledge would be an advantage.

Computer literate.

Detailed knowledge of legislation, trends, and competitors.

Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills.

Able to deal with conflict situations and difficult customers.

Job Specification

Must handle customers and suppliers professionally.

Queries are resolved timeously.

Daily reports are actioned within time limits$.$

Attendance $-$ consultant must arrive on time, attendance is closely monitored and all absences may be investigated by management.

Ability to work well within a team.

Good telephone etiquette.

Self$-$development $-$ consultants are expected to progress steadily through the various training options.
