Task 1 - 20 Marks (a) Discuss a potential organizational structure of TAMPICO. Ensure you address the extent of its centralisation and what type of structure it is likely to have and why. (10 marks)

(b) Analyse the various external factors shaping this potential structure of TAMPICO and evaluate the influence of these factors in determining whether TAMPICO has an organic or mechanistic structure. (10 marks)

Task 2 - 20 Marks (a) Identify a major change which has taken place in TAMPICO, in response to an event in the external environment. Discuss at least TWO (2) types of change which TAMPICO would have undergone in response to this event. (10 marks)

(b) Evaluate at least THREE (3) potential reasons for resistance to the change, which can be internal or external to TAMPICO. Discuss the impact of this resistance on the performance of the organisation. (10 marks)

Task 3 - 20 Marks (a) Analyse the ways in which TAMPICO has communicated the changes it has made (in relation to Task 2) to its stakeholders, both internal and external. You may be limited by the information available to you, so you may decide to focus on TAMPICO website and social media channels. Discuss the effectiveness of these communications in relation to their content and timing and their impact on organisational performance. (10 marks)

(b) With the increase in remote working internationally, discuss at least THREE (3) effective methods for communicating with remote workers. These may not necessarily apply TAMPICO. (10 marks)

Task 4 - 20 Marks (a) Explain and critically analyse TWO (2) ways in which TAMPICO could have been funded by its founder(s) and identify at least TWO (2) advantages and TWO (2) disadvantages of each method. (10 marks)

(b) Analyse the profitability of TAMPICO using the available financial data. You may be able to access this through the company website, data from a government agency (such as Companies House in the UK) or direct access. You should comment on financial statements such as the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statement and make evidence-based observations about the financial health of TAMPICO . (10 marks)

Task 5 - 20 Marks (a) Identify THREE (3) ways in which TAMPICO has benefited from promotion using social media channels or a strong web presence. (10 marks) (b) Discuss THREE (3) ways in which your chosen organisation could benefit from further application of technology, whether through enhancing internal processes or further benefitting from the use of technology in the external environment. (10 marks)
