For the most part, Jackson does a good job of motivating his employees and overall team sales have remained consistent. However, Jackson has a particularly dominating management style. He tends to micro-manage and tells even the most successful sales reps with 20+ years of experience how they should be doing their jobs. He has called out several sales reps in a meeting and put them on the spot to justify their sales techniques. Jackson does not respond very well to criticism from other people.
