The nature of business is to operate in a manner that yields a continuous profit. Some would say that even more important than profits is the ability to manage finances correctly, particularly for a new small business. If you were the corporate liaison who consults regularly with Administrative Team (CEO, CFO, and COO) for a new business, would you focus primarily on developing profits annually, or would your focus be on the securing the operating funding for capital expenditures, day to day operations, and acquiring inventory. What would your advice /recommendation(s) be? Please explain.
