For this assignment, assume you have been asked to present information about the structure and organization of unions to your senior leadership team. There have been talks about unionizing, and your leaders want to be sure they have all the information available to them.

For your meeting, prepare a PowerPoint presentation to discuss the structure and organization of labor unions. Adding audio to your PowerPoint is optional. Be sure to include the following in your presentation:

Explain how a union is structured, organized, and governed for todays workforce.

Determine and describe the purpose, strengths, and weaknesses of each structure that you discover.

It is important to discuss all aspects of organizations. For example, what structure works best for either private or public unions? How is each organized for maximum benefit and efficiency?
