Task #1 business letters: a bad news letter Assume that you are the Customer Care Manager of Targus Store, Dhaka. TargusTM is a globally renowned company that makes laptop cases and accessories as well as travel bags (that have special features for carrying laptops and other IT gear) for corporate executives. From your Gulshan store a customer had purchased a Targus Rolling Laptop case last August (August 2020). The laptop case has wheels, as the product name suggests, and the customer purchased it with a one-year warranty. Targus makes the cases with very sturdy wheel mechanisms and the wheels are not easily impaired. However, the Targus warranty condition stipulates that the wheels should not be rolled with excessive weight inside the case, and must not be rolled on surfaces that are very uneven, bumpy or jagged In January 2021, five months after the purchase of the case, the customer writes to you and claims that you should replace the broken wheels of his case as it is still within warranty. Upon examining the case your technicians find that the case was subject to excessive weight, pulling action over jagged and craggy surfaces and heavy bouncing on the floor. Write a bad news letter to the customer refusing the claim. In the body of the letter indicate your full understanding of the problem and offer alternative solutions to the issue that need to be resolved. State the bad news tactfully by subordinating it or using a conditional sentence. Do not use words such as "claim" or "refuse" in the letter. You are free to use made-up details for making the letter appear authentic
