Please return to the topics in your Week $4$ Discussion regarding processes for contract compliance and contract risk mitigation.$$ Now that you have completed all chapters on contracts, and torts, please update your thoughts on contract compliance and risk mitigation processes for business.$$ You do not need to reference or view your original posts.$$ Please consider how you would present these updated thoughts to the ownership or board of directors to your company.$$ Please prepare, record, and upload a $5-15$ minute presentation outlining the process.$$ You may complete the assignment individually, or you may work in groups of no more than $4$ people for your presentation.$$ If you decide to work in a group, each person must present a part of the presentation, upload a copy of the presentation, and introduce themselves at some point in the presentation.$$A failure to make a submission or identify oneself will result in no score.$$ We will use the oral presentation rubric shown in the syllabus to grade the presentations.
