Meet with your site supervisor to learn about the professional partners the practicum site collaborates with to provide services to clients or client systems. In your meeting, discuss the professionals that comprise your practicum site's multidisciplinary team (such as doctor, psychologist, clergy, grant writer, police, and city council member). In this discussion: Share how you have interacted with members of the multidisciplinary team. Practicum site = The Beacon for Homeless

They offer day services for homeless individuals including: meals, laundry, showers, housing assessments, medications, mental health services, clinic services etc. They also have a program for women who were recently let out of prison to turn their lives around.
