You have been assigned as the quality manager of a chain of burrito restaurants in San Diego. You are new to the job, so as your initial assignment, you will create run charts, X-bar, and R-charts for critical quality metrics of three different burrito chains in San Diego. Complete the following:

• Sort the dataset and identify three burrito restaurant chains that have more than 10 locations.
• Create run charts and control charts for burrito length, circumference, volume, and overall customer rating scores. Briefly describe key observations and "take-aways" from these charts.
• After creating these charts, consider if these are the optimal dimensions to be used for controlling quality. If they are, describe how you might control them as quality manager.
• Identify one additional quality metric you could employ to manage overall burrito quality in your restaurant chain. Briefly summarize your identified metric and provide an example in the form of a run chart and control chart.
