The eight will be flown to Detroit for a meeting and then all eight will return to Chicago. For flight planning purposes all passengers are considered to be $200$ lbs $.$ The pilot wants to create a linear program that will calculate the fueling plan which minimizes cost while still complying with all regulations and policies.
