Create a Marketing OU in active directory. Create a Research OU in active directory. Move one of your users into the Marketing OU and one into the Research OU. Create a distribution group and add users to it. Create a dynamic distribution list based on the marketing OU. Create a dynamic distribution list based on users being in the Research "department". Take screenshots of the distribution list with members, and the dynamic lists with the criteria you set up. Create a public folder mailbox with a marketing folder and a research folder.
