Select an organization (choose from your own experience or outside research) and trace the origins of an organizations culture to the personality, values, and habits of the individual(s) responsible for founding the organization. What are the mechanisms that are used to sustain the culture of an organization? Which mechanism do you believe has the biggest effect on the culture of an organization and why?
