This homework assignment will involve analysis of the bacteria dataset from the MASS package. Please read the help file to become familiar with the dataset. 1. Fit a generalized linear model for the presence of an infection with additive effects for treatment (ap) and week and interpret the results. (note: we arent using variable trt because it is derived from variables we will use). 2. Now include interaction terms between (ap and week) and comment if they are helpful. 3. Add the measure of compliance hilo to the model of (1) and comment on the results
