Congratulations! After multiple interviews, you have decided to hire me as your new HR Manager. I have told you I am interested, but before ! leave my current job, and accept your job offer, I want to review the employment contract. So your assignment is to write me an employment contract. Please see below for details. 1. This is a pairs assignment. You are welcome to work with one other classmate. Please do not work with more than one classmate. If you cannot find anyone to work with, please let me know. 2. Please go to the job website indeed.ca and search "Human Resources Manager" or "HR Manager" jobs, and write the employment contract based on that job. It does not matter if you think I am over-qualified or under-qualified for the job, just pick a Human Resources Manager position, and write the employment contract based on that job.
