Social bonding (DV) is measured by having subjects answer the question:How many close friends do you have?

Gender (IV) is measured by the labels 1 for males and 2 for females

Politely,collect the data yourselffrom 32, 20-30 year old, unmarried participants (16 males and 16 females).

Enter the data to SPSS in a grouping data structure (see relevant video)- take care to enter labels and values where

appropriate.

Perform histogram analysis by Gender as was learned in class (no frequency tables needed).

--perform means and SD's analysis by Gender

Submit one word document with 3 pages:

-- 1 page of Cover page with 1) title - meaningful title that will reflect the content of the work, 2) your name and 3) class affiliation

--1 page of SPSS output showing the analyses -do not include irrelevant

analyses. -best to copy and paste the output into your word document so you can submitone electronic file.
