How does the organization plan to reach its goals and implement its strategy?

Execution is generally the analysis of the company's current performance such as KPIs and how its related (engaged) to stakeholders. Upon analyzing the operating level of LEssence, it is possible to assess their performance against their initial goals and strategies. This way, the gap between the desired and actual performance is possible. In this section aspects such as employees, suppliers, production (bottlenecks) and customers will be analyzed.

Providing value that sustains the organizations and the context within which it exists is an ability which is called sustainable value. The effects the company has on their environment, can be aligned throughout the triple bottom line, with a company's people and profit strategies.

Lessence people strategy, or people strategy in general, deals with Human Resource Management. Lessence states that people are their most powerful resource, and they consider people as a key to competitive advantage. Paradox to that, as already mentioned, Lessence involves palm oil in their products, which has caused a negative stir. Lessence is using palm oil within their products, even if it is commonly known that the working conditions under which the palm oil is harvested are very weak.

Palm oil is a comparably cheap oil crop, which can produce a lot more per are than compared to other oil crops. Hence, smaller land and investments are required, as well as a smaller number of fertilizer or pesticides.
