The counter count will be shown in the first line on the display. At the second line UP or DOWN will be displayed, regarding to the direction of the counter

Rules: 1. The counter count must be presented on the LCD in the first row 2. Showing UP or DOWN according to the direction of the counter 3. Showing the measured voltage 4.
