Please write an essay that uses what you've learned about the Canadian criminal just system (through course materials) and Indigenous legal systems / traditions (from your research and colleagues' presentations), to address the following questions: 1. What would an ideal system look like? 2. What makes this system ideal? 3. How do you think your positionality informs you vision of an ideal system? You may choose to write youre response as one unified essay that addresses all three of the above questions or you may choose to write three separate responses to these questions. Either way, each of the three questions will be worth 10 points for a total of 30 points.
