Job Description

We are looking for a Director to join our team! This individual will lead a team of Case Managers and Specialists to serve people who are experiencing homelessness.

Summary of Duties:

The individual is responsible for the management of of either the Residential Program Center - a homeless shelter in Arlington or Bailey's Shelter and Supportive Housing - a homeless shelter in Falls Church. This is a good position for someone who has some management skills and is looking to take their career to the next level .

• Ensures smooth day to day operations of shelter.
• Supervises program staff.
• Monitors staff documentation and provision of services to ensure compliance with contract.

Qualifications:

• Strong Spanish verbal ability is a huge plus.
• Bachelors Degree in social services or related field.
• Some experience working with the homeless and/or people diagnosed with behavioral health and substance abuse disorders.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule.
• Willingness to undergo background check.
• Current Drivers license and good driving record.
