In this week, we will review lean operation management. Lean operation is a flexible system of operation that uses considerably fewer resources than a traditional system. The objective of lean operations is: creating value for customers and eliminating waste. You have two options please pick one of these questions and discuss it in this forum. Option 1: Please pick one of these wastes from your processes and discuss how we can eliminate it in our operation and what risks we should be looking at. Option 2: Excess inventory vs. lean operation! These are two scenarios to eliminate the problems (rocks) in your processes.
