MATLAB programming 7) BMI, or Body Mass Index, is a calculation of the relationship between height and weight. It's one way to measure obesity: the higher the BMI, the more likely the individual is overweight. Another measure is WHR, for Waist-to-Hip Ratio; this has been found to be an even more accurate measure of obesity, especially in older individuals. Men should have a WHR less than 0.9, and women should have a WHR less than 0.8. Write a function called MaleWHR that takes 2 vectors, W and H, denoting Waist and Hip measurements respectively, and returns the total number of individuals with a WHR greater than or equal to 0.9. Assume that W and H have the same length, and contain values measured in the same unit (e.g. inches)
