Craig Ballenitine believes he has developed a protein drink that increases muscle mass in those that drink it. In a fitness class he has 25 of his students drink the protein drink for 6 months and 25 of his students not drink the protein drink. At the end of the six month period he measured their average muscle mass and found that the group that took the drink increased their muscle mass over the group that did not use the protein drink.
