1. Implement the Project Plan that you developed. Where this is not possible, you can coordinate with your supervisor and get involved with implementing one of the organisation's programs.

2. Locate the Project Monitoring Sheet provided on the next page.

3. Perform a review of the processes of the project that were implemented to check if set outcomes and outputs were achieved.

4. Review all the parts of the Project Monitoring Sheet and answer them completely.

5. Monitoring should be done at least twice (2x) during your placement. This is to see if there are changes within the time frame that you are working in the organisation.

6. Ensure that your supervisor/relevant personnel has signed the Project Monitoring Sheet.

7. Submit two copies of the Project Monitoring Sheet as seen on the next page.
