P-Mana is a mobile application that has been developed for helping medical staff and non critical pandemic patients and also people under surveillance to regularly keep updating their conditions. In order to prevent the spread of viruses, this application is capable to be used for managing and monitoring patients current status and location. This application provides benefits for both sides which are medical staff and patients. Basically, this application requires pandemic patients to register their information such as name, ic number, age, gender, address, medical history, phone number and current location. In order to ensure that the information are valid, the application will generate a verification code and send to the patient via sms. The registration process is completed only after the patient enter the verification code. Then, the registered users can login to the application by using their phone number as id and ic number as password. The patients need to answer some questions daily during their self quarantine period. The questions are used to monitor patients status by looking on their symptoms such as temperature, behaviour, health conditions etc. Based on the information, medical staff will analyse in order to view the conditions of every patients. If the condition is low or moderate risk, the medical staff will suggest an appropriate treatment to be taken by the patient as prevention. However, if the condition is high risk which the temperature is high, the system will send warning alert or notification to both sides (medical staff and patient). Then, the medical staff will immediately set appointment date for the patient to meet the doctor for further checkup. The medical staff will continuously call the patient every hour to get the current status, if the doctor is not available. Besides, this application also will provide additional information for patient to view such as treatment information, medicine suppliers and hospitals nearby. This application provides a useful platform that can be used to monitor and ensure that patients do not have to go out to find resources nevertheless not spreading the virus to others. Finally, the application also can produce daily and monthly reports which can be used by medical staff to monitor the current situation at every state or city.
