Assignment Background: This Second assignment is second evaluation of yourself. Designed to measure your understanding of what Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is which discussed through out the course along with your grasp of the changing nature of society and the role of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion can bring to society and workplaces so we together, work towards a common goal.

This assignment is a "Self Reflection" of you. It is about your thoughts, values and experiences in relations to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. It is about your character, actions, and motives.

Answer the following.Questions in detail and proper analysis:
From what you have learned this term, have your thoughts and values changed about EDI? If yes, how? If no why not?
What are your own identities, privileges and positions of power in relation to the issues discussed in class? Are you a member of a group or groups that is directly impacted by these issues Have you worked with people who are directly impacted?
Based the content discussed in class to date, what is your conceptualization of completing IDEA Inclusion Diversity, Equity and Accessibility Surveys in the workplace? What do you see as the benefits or drawbacks of using this type of survey in the workplace?
What do you think as an individual or an employee you can do to change the values as "White privilege" and break the systematic barriers?
