POINTERS & COPY CONSTRUCTOR
Declare and define the default constructor, non-default constructor, copy constructor and destructor for the below class.
The default constructor should set the pointer to "NULL" value using C++11 standard and grade to 'F'.
The non-default constructor should take a character for grade and integer (not pointer to int) asits parameters. Its job is initialize the grade member data and to allocate dynamic memory for the pointer and then assign the parameter value to the memory.
The copy constructor should perform appropriate memory de-allocation and allocation in addition to member-wise data copy
The destructor should free memory
