in this assihgnment i need 2 pages creating an action plan based on a financial services industry working as a finanial advisor based on the following parts:

Part 1: Context and Personal Assessment:

Who am I? My values, interests and skills.

What do you want to accomplish and why?

Identify three of your key strengths.

Identify three of your areas for improvement and your plan to improve these areas.

Part 2: Career Goals:

Describe your overall career goals. List one short-term goal (within two years) and one long-term goal (two years up to 5-10 years).

Identify ways in which you plan to achieve these goals.

Describe how your academics and training will help you to achieve these goals.

Describe how your work or volunteer experience will help you to achieve these goals.

Part 3: Career Exploration:

What are some immediate action steps you can take to achieve your goal (i.e. networking events, informational interviews, courses, professional memberships, volunteering etc.)

List the types of qualifications/training/certifications/professional memberships you need for your career. Outline how and when you plan to attain these qualifications.

Part 4: Action Plan:

Develop a timeline and action plan for achieving your short and long-term goals.

List at least three immediate action steps you can take to achieve your goals.
