Position: Project Manager You are working for a large Telco company as a Project Manager, and you have been tasked to Project Manage a demanding customer who has 40 staff members that require access links. Each staff member requires two links for diversity. One Microwave and One Fibre. The 40 staff above live within the boundaries of South Africa. You have 1 month to deliver and close off the project. You only have one contractor who has 8 teams (4 site survey teams, 4 build teams) These teams are based in South Africa. You are also working with a limited budget. 1.
