Listen to his talk. The metaphor is powerful. A conductor faces the same challenges as an organizational leader. A conductor aims at great performance through individualized attention and group attention. Itay talks a lot about autonomy vs control, subtlety vs forcefulness, etc.

Using leadership perspectives $($models$,$ frames, theories, etc.$),$ particularly situational leadership and group leadership, analyze the six different conductors. In your analysis, look for parallels between orchestra and groups in organizations.

Don't forget to make your audio reflection coherent: begin with a brief introduction, present the analysis, and conclude the presentation. In your brief introduction, mention the concepts you are you going to use. And then, justify why the concepts are chosen for your analysis.
