BRIEF: ORGANIZE A $21{?}^{ST}$ BIRTHDAY PARTY

You will be required to put together a project plan to organise a ${21}^{st}$ birthday Party. To fully answer the brief and using the tools you learned about on the training, you will be required to:

Identify the key stakeholders in the project

Compile a stakeholder questionnaire

Compile A Communication Plan

Compile the BOSCARD

Compile a Risk Management Plan

Do a Work Breakdown Structure $($WBS$)$ to find the tasks required to meet the project objectives.

Create a network using the tasks gained from the WBS$,$ that shows the links between tasks, and which works out the project length, the critical path and where there is float.

Compile a Bar or Gantt chart on Excel, with Resources
