post project reflection:
The FINAL portion of this project is the Post-Project Reflection. After you submit the assignment you chose for this Learning Strategies project, write a two-page reflection paper about your experiences with the strategy project. In particular, reflect on:
- Which elements of the project you think helped and which did not
- The grade you received, whether it was an improvement over the grade you expected, or on track with what you expected.
- Address whether or not your study strategies have changed since you've been in college, and how they have, if so.
preproject reflection:
Mathematics was the subject I struggled with the most in high school. Scientific subjects were a huge barrier for me, and I would frequently feel incredibly overwhelmed by the intricacy, regardless of how much effort I put in to fully understand them. On the other hand, my struggle with arithmetic has taught me to persevere and how important it is to seek for help when you need it, especially when faced with obstacles. However, my interest in chemistry and science along with my evaluation of my interests led me to choose a profession in science. This career path also prepared me for a future in health science, where I hope to work as a dentist. The practical skills I needed for my chosen vocation in both academics and wellness were imparted to me at High School. One encouraging example of my dedication to pursuing a career in dentistry is my volunteer work outside of school at the local dental specialized school. Several interactions not only impacted my professional approach but also advanced my comprehension. I now know that maintaining committed study habits and getting enough sleep are necessary for achieving excellent scores. My comprehension of this was enhanced when I had to complete difficult homework assignments and tests, like the advanced math examinations, and observed a strong correlation between my study time and my grades. Systematic thinking techniques are essential since I performed significantly better on tests and in my classes after dedicating a little more time to thinking and relaxing. I can understand how hard it is to focus and engage in sincere reflection now that I've been away from my tall school for a while. Even though I had to battle with a few zones, I was aware of when to ask for assistance and when to make use of the resources that were available to me. I developed my intelligence and emotions by adopting a sophisticated manner that seemed to have the ability to adapt to changing situations and focus on fundamental analysis.
