Topic Sentence 1: A program should be put in place that is utilized in all locations that military members are stationed.

Topic Sentence 2: Quarterly educational courses should be completed by every military member to ensure they understand how to prevent DUIs.

Topic Sentence 3: When a DUI does occur, military members should be given a harsh punishment and not just a slap on the wrist.
