The public safety office at a large public university maintains a list of parking tickets issued to vehicles parked illegally on the campus. Table $1($attached$)$ shows a portion of this

list. Assume sample data presented in the table are representative.

Convert this table to a relation in the first normal form. Draw a dependency diagram showing all functional dependencies. You can use Visio or any other drawing tool.

Create a set of dependency diagrams that meet $2NF$ and $3NF$ requirements. Rename attributes to meet the naming conventions, and create new entities and attributes

as necessary.
