You are required $/$ Assignment: As Project Manager, as per the Case Study you are required to develop appropriate documentation in terms of the initiation of the project that will include the following $-$

Develop a comprehensive Project Plan, that will include all the phases of the project e$.$g$.$ budgeting, role and allocation of tasks to team members, etc.

Develop a checklist to monitor and control activities as per the project plan to ensure implementation is smooth and the project is commencing per set objects, targets, time frames and within the budget restrains of R$399450\mathrm{.}00$

These documents should be comprehensive and identify$/$comprehend the various stages within project execution, monitoring and control.
