$14\mathrm{.}1$ Design and construct a circult that can accept a $4-$bit binary input and display the decimal output on two $7$ segment displays using a MUX, ADOER and COMPARATOR.

$14\mathrm{.}2$ The design should progress as follows:

$14\mathrm{.}2\mathrm{.}1$ Take the $4-$bit binary number and check if it is greater than $9.$ At the same time take the $4-$bit number and add $610$ to it$.$

$14\mathrm{.}2\mathrm{.}2$ if the $4-$bit number is not greater than $9$ then select the $A\text{'}$s on the MUX $($A should be connected to the $4-$bit output directly$).$ If it is greater than $9,$ then select the B$\text{'}$s on the MUX $($The B$\text{'}$s should be connected to the $4-$bit binary number that has been added to $6).$

$14\mathrm{.}2\mathrm{.}3$ The MUX output should be connected to the decoder and display of the LSD$.$ The MSD should be connected to the carry output of the adder.
