14.1 Design and construct a circult that can accept a 4-bit binary input and display the decimal output on two 7 segment displays using a MUX, ADOER and COMPARATOR.
14.2 The design should progress as follows:
14.2.1 Take the 4-bit binary number and check if it is greater than 9. At the same time take the 4-bit number and add 610 to it.
14.2.2 if the 4-bit number is not greater than 9 then select the A's on the MUX (A should be connected to the 4-bit output directly). If it is greater than 9, then select the B's on the MUX (The B's should be connected to the 4-bit binary number that has been added to 6).
14.2.3 The MUX output should be connected to the decoder and display of the LSD. The MSD should be connected to the carry output of the adder.
