3. Discuss THREE (3) types of negative aspects or complaints about the perception of customers on the overall performance of the cat service hotel processes.
4. Each group will be required to propose THREE (3) new improvement plan or improvise the current services offered by the cat hotel service to make the customer satisfy.
5. Please justify and support your answer with relevant diagram/photos/video.
6. Prepare power point slide of your justification and group leader must submit it together with the Presentation Rubric (Appendix I) in PDF format in the e-learning.
Presentation:
1. Presentation will be held on Week 12.
