Practice reading, writing and appending to text files In python

Instructions

You will be working with a file named story.

The script must first check to see if there is already a story file. If there is$,$ read the entire file and display it for the user.

Display menu that asks the user if they would like to add to the story, publish it$,$ or erase it$.$

If the user chooses to add to the story or create a new one, allow them to enter lines of text until they enter an empty line.

If the user decides to publish their story, rename the file to be book. Note that after publication, the user will be asked if they would like to write again.
