Preface

Whether co-located in an office, or working remotely, technology-based tools that enable and support collaboration continue to grow. You likely have first-hand experience with several applications, such as Cisco WebEx or Microsoft Team. However, while these applications are certainly well-established and widely used, they only support some capabilities for successful collaboration.

Considering the various school-based group projects you have been involved - what are the specific group-based behaviors and/or actions that needed to be performed (i.e., in other words what do you "do") ? The list of these behaviors are capabilities required - or needs. If you were tasked with selecting a collaboration software, these would be some of the required criteria for your potential solution.

HINT: If you have trouble thinking of these behaviors/actions, consider what was done whenever a group would meet in a face-to-face setting (or what was "easier" when a group met)

Your Post

Your post will:

1) Identify the common capabilitieseeds that a group requires to be successful.

NOTE: There should be about ten (10) of these.

2) Review and evaluate: Microsoft Team, Cisco WebEx, Zoom, and Cisco Team with respect to the needs you identified.

3) Summarize how each of the applications meet each of your criteria. In very detail throughout the table.
