Sabotage Article title is The Era of Happy Tech Workers Is Over. No firm statements from tech employees just speculation of what would cause the happy tech worker era to be over. Sabotage can change the minds of employees that have wanted to seek employment with a tech company. Being a tech company employee, I am happy but I see the effect tech companies have on the talent pool and none tech companies are suffering in hiring talent.

Article speaks on layoffs and the cut backs. Now the article does not clarify what positions that were laid off. Article speaks on tech employee rating system. I witness a low performer took a payout over $20$k just to leave the company.

Article states that management has given up too much control. As a tech company employee an seeing how managers have more hands on at their level, I do not see any loss of control.

The Article claims that layoffs, new employee rating system, and hand cuffed managers will cause unhappiness to come in the tech employee era. None of the statements were backup by credible sources.

Where is the voice of the tech employee were there any statement from the boots on the ground, the actual tech employee to verify the claims? This has happen and almost every era and company look what happen during covid or the automaker layoff it just happens this is the realization of doing business.
