Find and summarize an example of poor goodwill or bad you$-$attitude from your own daily life. This example may not be a recounting of an oral exchange $($no telling us about the conversation you had with a rude boss or a surly customer, for example$)$; it must be a written or visual text that you can share in the form of a copied text $($email$,$ letter, document$)$ or an image that you can cite or for which you can provide a URL.

In a well$-$organized post, present your chosen example and include the following:

A brief summary of the scenario that provides any background necessary for our class to fully appreciate the situation, along with a short discussion of how this communication could have better applied you$-$attitude or goodwill.

A copy of the message $($may be copy$/$pasted text and$/$or an image, as appropriate$).$

URL or citation of the scenario.
