Preparation Instructions: 1. Compose your Research Paper based on a company of your choice that may have experienced some issues based on the topics we have discussed in Modules 1,2, 3. and 4 in Microsoft Word or a compatible word processing application. 2. The paper should be formatted and typed using Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, and one-inch margins (no exceptions). 3. The length of the paper should be at least 4 pages (excluding the title, abstract and references pages). 4. Use APA 6 th edition formatting and use a minimum of 3 references. Content Instructions: 1. Select a company or industry of your choice that may have experienced some issues based on the topics identified in Modules, 1, 2, 3, and 4 and prepare a critical review of issues that are related to chapter topics and are impacting that specific company or industry today. Select three or more articles from professional and/or academic papers to describe its issues and how the company or industry is going about to rectify it. Additionally, evaluate the issues and how you would go about to resolve them if you were the HR Director
