The Culinary Arts Academy $($CAA$)$ is a renowned cooking school that needs a database to better manage

information about the cooking classes they offer. They maintain records of students seeking to enroll in cooking

classes. For each student, they capture a unique identifier, the student$$s name $($first and last$),$ address $($street$,$

city, state, zip$),$ phone number, and how they prefer to receive notifications $($email or phone$).$

CAA also keeps detailed information about each of its instructors, including their name $($first and last$),$ address

$($street$,$ city, state, zip$),$ and any special skills they may have $($pastry making, gourmet cooking, nutritional

meals, etc.$).$ An instructor may have multiple special skills. Each instructor also has a unique instructor number.

CAA wants to track that new instructors receive mentoring before they start teaching. All instructors must be

mentored by an experienced instructor before they can be considered for teaching classes. The more

experienced instructors mentor the new instructors. An experienced instructor may mentor many new

instructors, although not all experienced instructors are required to mentor new instructors.

When a student books a cooking class, the class ID$,$ date, time, type of cooking class $($beginner$,$ intermediate, or

advanced$),$ and any special requests $($gluten$-$free, vegan, etc.$)$ are recorded. For each class booked, at least one

instructor must be assigned to teach. Once the class is completed, the outcome $($satisfactory$,$ additional lessons

recommended, follow$-$up class scheduled, etc.$)$ is noted.

Occasionally, a cooking class may require health and safety interventions due to an unexpected incident $($e$.$g$.,$

burns or cuts$).$ The academy keeps track of the name and certification number for each health officer as well as

a description of the officer$$s specialty. If a health officer is needed during a class, the officer$$s certification

number, and the time the officer was called in are recorded. Sometimes, more than one health officer may be

called in if multiple incidents occur. The academy also tracks whether the health officer recommended that the
