prepare a concluding statement which avoids reference to the bad news, apology or cliches.
John and Amanda Black 111 High Street Camden, NSW, 2570 August 12, 2021 Mr/Ms. (student's name) Manager, Pizzeria Restaurant, 222 George Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 Dear Mr/Mis (student's name Complaint about service I am writing in regard to our visit to your restaurant last Saturday evening While the food and beverages were decent, we were not impressed with the rude behaviour that your server exhibited towards us. About an hour after we had arrived, we had just finished our main course and we were in the middie of a discussion about whether the upcoming Olympics should be held or not, due to the global pandemic. My wife and I often discuss world affairs such as this over a meal, even though we don't always see eye-to-eye. We were right in the middle of our conversation when your server, Lucy came over to us to tell us to be quiet. I have never been so humiliated in my lifel i told Lucy that we are paying customers and have a right to enjoy conversation during our meal, but Lucy said we were disrupting the other customers. After about ten minutes I agreed, but when I ordered another round of drinks for my wife and I, Lucy refused to serve us! This had never happened to us before. We promptly paid and left. In summary, while we often frequent your restaurant and quite enjoy your pizza, in this instance, we were embarrassed in public by your server, and did not enjoy ourselves. As a result, I demand that you provide us a full refund of 123.45 for our meal and drinks I look forward to a prompt reply Yours Sincerely, John and Amanda Black
