Prepare a customer survey form that you will ask the customer to complete as part of your call closing. Both books have examples. See your index under Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

2. Include questions on: Overall quality of telephone support, knowledge and professionalism, communication skills, time required to resolve the problem, etc.

3. Create the form in Word.

4. Save the survey as StudentName_Survey. (Use your name for the student name)
